Use of StrateSpace
StrateSpace is intended primarily for business and professional use by Amazon sellers, brands, agencies, businesses, and their authorized team members. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher. If you accept these Terms for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Accounts, Workspace Ownership, and Team Access
Each person should use an individual StrateSpace account and must not share account credentials or passwords. Users are responsible for account security. Team members should be invited through workspace access controls and receive appropriate permissions. For organizational customers, the customer organization controls its workspace and business data; authorized administrators may manage roles, remove departing users, and transfer authority. Individual sellers may control their own workspaces. Agencies, consultants, and authorized service providers may manage multiple client brands or workspaces only with appropriate client authorization and appropriate separation of client data.
Customer Content, Intellectual Property, and AI-Assisted Output
Customers retain ownership of content they upload, create, import, or manage through StrateSpace, including product images, listing copy, documents, keywords, research, files, Amazon listing information, and other business content. StrateSpace receives only limited rights reasonably necessary to provide the service. If and when StrateSpace makes AI-assisted functionality available, StrateSpace will not claim ownership of customer AI-assisted output. AI output may contain errors, may not be unique, and may be similar to output for others; users must review it before relying on or publishing it. StrateSpace does not guarantee that AI-generated content complies with every Amazon requirement.
Amazon Integration and Human Approval
StrateSpace supports certain integrations with Amazon services, including Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), for supported features such as importing Amazon product-listing information and displaying Amazon content within a customer’s workspace. Customers must authorize supported Amazon connections through Amazon’s authorization process and remain responsible for their Amazon accounts and for determining whether content complies with applicable Amazon requirements. Direct publishing of content from StrateSpace to Amazon and multi-marketplace support are not currently available unless and until expressly identified by StrateSpace as implemented. Any future Amazon publishing functionality is intended to require human approval and final explicit publishing confirmation; suggested, drafted, AI-assisted, or other content changes will not automatically publish to Amazon.
Amazon Disclaimer and No Performance Guarantees
StrateSpace is an independent third-party service and is not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon controls its marketplaces, policies, rankings, approvals, enforcement decisions, and availability. StrateSpace does not guarantee sales, conversion, rankings, Buy Box performance, listing approval, suppression prevention, compliance acceptance, or other business results.
Free Trial
A 7-day free trial is available, with no credit card required to begin. Generally, one free trial is available per customer or workspace unless StrateSpace specifically grants another. StrateSpace may restrict duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive trial registrations. The free trial includes the core workspace experience, while production Amazon actions remain subject to required Amazon authorization, permissions, safeguards, human approval, and final publishing confirmation. There is no automatic charge merely because a free trial expires.
Paid Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
StrateSpace offers paid subscriptions on monthly and annual billing plans. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. When a customer actively purchases a paid subscription, the subscription may automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled. The applicable price and recurring billing terms are disclosed before purchase.
Cancellation, Refunds, Failed Payments, and Pricing Changes
Customers may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Access generally continues through the already-paid billing period. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where StrateSpace appropriately chooses otherwise, such as correcting a billing error. If renewal payment fails, StrateSpace may notify the customer, allow approximately 7 days to resolve the issue, and retry collection before access may become restricted. Failed payment does not cause immediate workspace deletion. Following subscription termination, workspace data may be retained in accordance with StrateSpace’s applicable data-retention practices. StrateSpace may change prices, plans, features, limits, or discounts with reasonable advance notice of material increases affecting future renewals; a pricing change will not retroactively change an already-paid billing period.
Acceptable Use, Suspension, and Termination
You may not engage in illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware or security attacks, fraud, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, abuse of Amazon or SP-API functionality, circumvention of subscription, security, or access controls, or publishing content in violation of law or applicable Amazon requirements. StrateSpace may temporarily restrict or suspend accounts or workspaces while reasonably investigating suspected fraud, security threats, serious Terms violations, Amazon or SP-API abuse, or potentially harmful activity. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination. If you believe a restriction or suspension was made in error, contact hello@stratespace.io.
Activity History, Backups, and Beta Features
StrateSpace may maintain activity and audit history for meaningful workspace actions, including content changes, approvals and rejections, file activity, team activity, future AI-assisted changes, and future Amazon publishing actions. Future publishing records may include who approved or submitted a change, what was submitted, when it was submitted, and the resulting status. We use reasonable measures to protect and back up customer information but cannot guarantee that data loss will never occur; customers should maintain independent copies of important business information. Beta, preview, early-access, and experimental functionality may be incomplete, change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued.
Service Availability, Third-Party Services, and Confidentiality
StrateSpace aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted or error-free availability. Interruptions may result from maintenance, technical issues, security measures, Amazon or API changes, third-party provider issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Third-party services operate under their own terms and may change or become unavailable. StrateSpace treats private customer workspace content as confidential and limits access as reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, comply with law, or act as authorized by the customer.
Data Export, Deletion, and Limitation of Liability
StrateSpace provides account deletion functionality subject to appropriate authorization and legitimate retention obligations and intends to provide data export functionality in the future. Customers must have appropriate rights to content they upload, import, process, or publish; intellectual-property concerns may be reported to hello@stratespace.io. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StrateSpace disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or sales, business interruption, Amazon ranking changes, listing suppression, Amazon account actions, and third-party outages or integration issues.
Feedback
Customers retain ownership of underlying private business content. StrateSpace may use general feedback, ideas, suggestions, and feature requests voluntarily provided by users to improve or develop the service without an obligation to compensate them. This does not transfer ownership of private workspace content to StrateSpace.
Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
StrateSpace is currently being developed from Pennsylvania, United States, but its final legal business entity has not yet been established. Final governing-law and dispute provisions will be established after the legal entity and commercial structure are finalized. We may update these Terms with reasonable notice of material changes through email, in-app notice, or prominent website notice. Contact hello@stratespace.io.
